Research & Development
Research and development starts with understanding what the packaging needs to do. Tsimis’s laboratory supports customers in improving existing products and developing new applications, with testing and sample development carried out in collaboration with the customer.
Pre-Press
Pre-press connects the design of your packaging with its printed result. Artwork preparation, colour references and proofing make the print requirements easier to discuss before production. The department combines ArtPro stations, GMG colour standards, Pantone Live and proofing printers.
Production
Production brings the printed design and the material structure together. Tsimis’s plants in Lamia combine rotogravure printing with lamination, coating and sleeve production, supported by independent ink-mixing and solvent-recovery installations.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance combines equipment, traceability and people. Tsimis’s approach includes checks at production stages, employee training and cooperation with external certified laboratories for specialist assessments. The requirements of the particular application give these controls their context.
