First Aid Training for Employees
The announcement records a two-day first aid course on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 May at the Lamia Industrial Zone facilities. Organised for the third time with TÜV NORD, it involved more than 50 employees.
The training topics were:
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Use of an automated external defibrillator.
- Management of severe bleeding.
- Response to choking in a conscious person.
- Recognition and management of burns.
- Recognition and management of epilepsy.
- Assessment and management of injuries, including bandaging.
- Management of spinal injuries.
The announcement emphasises employee health and safety, confidence in responding to emergencies and responsibility towards colleagues and families. At publication, further training was planned for employees in Lamia and Athens.
