Kostas Liolios was born in Athens in 1969. He graduated from the department of Chemical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens in 1992. In 1994 he completed his M.Sc. degree in Polymer Science and Technology in University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He works for the sales department of Tsimis S.A. since 1995.
